Developing teamwork and problem-solving skills can help your staff to be more productive.

Not only are problems solved more effectively with strong teamwork, but an efficient team is able to attend to more issues than a team that is bogged down by ineffective teamwork.

Both versions of the activity start with the staff manager posting a series of sequential pictures at the front of the room.

Four or five pictures will do, and they need to be large enough so that the whole group can see them.
