If so, it’s time to get down to business and get your business plan ready, polished and perfected for the ADA 2018 Business Plan Competition. Participating student teams will all receive the same parameters/storyline, and will be asked to construct innovative, future-facing business plans using variables created by some of the most experienced practice owners and thought leaders in the country.The deadline to complete the intent to participate is April 2.Similar to the popular television show, “Shark Tank,” the contest will culminate in presentations to a panel of experts.

The letter of intent to submit must be completed no later than p.m.

The Big Idea Gator Business Plan Competition was created to help students grow their business ideas.

The winners will also receive free start up legal and accounting services.

You can also win special prizes including: The plans must be successfully presented to a panel of judges.

The second phase begins when judges review the preliminary entries for the strongest high-potential ideas.

The competitors who make it to this point must finish researching their new ventures and write a complete business plan by April 9th.The FCC Business Plan Contest is for currently enrolled FCC students.Interested students with a business idea will develop a complete business plan that will be evaluated by a panel of area business leaders.Attention ADA Students—Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create your own destiny?Does your future include private practice ownership?First place receives ,000 towards their venture.Second place receives ,000, and Third place receives ,000.The judges select the top 16 teams to compete in the final presentation phase. On day one, each team will have 15 minutes to verbally present their plans to judges. From this, the top four teams are chosen to compete on day two—before a different panel of judges.Winners are determined and awards are presented after a second round of presentations.Teams submit their basic business models for judging in the preliminary round, which takes place in early February.At this point, teams need only submit a plan overview.
